What you'll do

Reporting to the department management, the main responsibilities of the position will be:

- Technical study of received tender requests, with the support of the Technical Department. Discussion with the client regarding the scope of supply and/or Technical Specification requirements

- Contact with suppliers to obtain quotes for main components and/or necessary services (logistics, certifications, etc.)

- Preparation of commercial offers and delivery to the client in a timely and proper manner

- Follow-up and control of sent offers: registration and updating of databases

- Review and negotiation of contracts, in accordance with the commercial policies established by the company

- Opening of works for awarded orders, in coordination with the other departments: Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Production

- Management of technical assistance and/or after-sales services: preparation of offers and coordination of after-sales services with the Quality Department

- Coordination with Project Managers: transfer of relevant information to guarantee the proper management of awarded projects

- Support to Department Management: commercial missions, competitor analysis, communication with partners and clients
