The role
At Grupo Avintia, we need to recruit a Production Manager for the execution of a major residential building project in Estepona who, reporting to the Site Manager, will be responsible for:
What you'll do
- Ensuring, together with the Site Manager, the proper fulfillment of the proposed objectives, both in terms of deadlines, quality, and costs.
- Supervising the production lines throughout the entire construction process.
- Daily review of the site.
- Communicating the monthly production objectives to the Site Manager, as well as monitoring the progress achieved or any possible incidents or anomalies detected.
- Supervising the proper fulfillment of work performance, as well as that of the work teams and machinery.
- Coordination and supervision of the human, technical, and material resources of the works, assuming site management in the broad sense.
- Organization of materials and auxiliary resources and the stockpiling of the same so that the work rhythm is not broken.
- Collection of the necessary prevention documentation regarding the workers and monitoring their attendance.
- Preparation of setting out and simple measurements.
