Sustainability Coordinator

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related technical training.

• At least 5 years of experience in sustainability and transversal project management in industrial environments.

• Knowledge of the European regulatory framework regarding sustainability.

• Advanced English level, full professional proficiency.

• Key competencies: Leadership and influence to align transversal teams without direct hierarchical authority, communication adapted to different interlocutors, results orientation, and organizational capacity.

• Complementary training in sustainability, project management, or process improvement.

• Experience with international markets, standards, and certifications.

You will join a consolidated project where sustainability is a strategic priority. You will carry out your work in a collaborative work environment at the Actiu Technology Park in Castalla.

At ACTIU, we conceive sustainability as a transversal axis of our corporate and industrial activity. We develop our projects from the ACTIU Technology Park in Castalla, promoting healthy, efficient, and environmentally friendly spaces.

• You will coordinate the execution of the strategic projects of the sustainability plan, guaranteeing progress and compliance with deadlines.

• You will act as a link between the ESG Management, the technical team, and the involved areas (Operations, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Commercial or Legal, etc.), facilitating that objectives are translated into concrete actions.

• You will follow up on transversal projects regarding carbon footprint, energy efficiency, life cycle assessment (LCA), EPD, digital product passport, and circularity, among others.

• You will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously measure the degree of progress of the sustainability plan.

• You will operationally coordinate the relationship with consultants, certification bodies, and external collaborators, performing the follow-up of schedules and deliverables, ensuring correct coordination between external partners and internal areas.

• You will provide support to the ESG Management in the deployment of the Sustainability Plan and participate in other transversal projects, including internal training and awareness programs.
