Social Media Specialist

• Higher Vocational Training specialized in Social Media or a University Degree completed with a Master's in Social Media or Social Media Management.

• C1 level of English, guaranteeing fluency for content writing and professional communication.

• Proficiency in digital analytics tools, management of paid social media advertising campaigns (Social Paid), and data interpretation.

• Proven handling of AI platforms applied to text and image generation, as well as scheduling and measurement tools (e.g., Metricool or similar).

• Analytical capacity with attention to detail, a critical vision regarding data, high aesthetic sensitivity for design, and proactivity oriented toward continuous improvement.

It will be a plus if...

• You have knowledge of a second foreign language (French or German, B1-B2 level).

• Previous experience in the application of social listening tools (Social Listening) and brand sentiment analysis.

• Experience in sectors linked to interior design, architecture, corporate equipment, or the industrial sector.

Accompanying our growth in key markets, we are adding a Social Media Specialist to our Marketing team, oriented towards metrics analysis, the optimization of digital communication campaigns, and the monitoring of corporate performance.

You will assume the management and optimization of our social networks at an international level, combining organic development and the management of paid campaigns (Social Paid). You will lead the content strategy, the monitoring of brand perception, and a detailed analysis of the performance of each digital action through the use of advanced metrics and tools.

• You will lead the content strategy and the planning of the editorial calendar for our digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube), coordinating the development of creatives with the design team and writing corporate copy.

• You will actively energize digital communities, interacting with the audience, responding to inquiries, and managing initial customer service on social networks.

• You will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Social Paid), ensuring efficiency in the use of investment and the achievement of set objectives.

• You will prepare and interpret periodic reports on metrics, campaign performance, and web analytics, adjusting the strategy based on the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.

• You will monitor digital reputation through brand sentiment analysis and the use of social listening tools (Social Listening).

• You will manage relationships with influencers, designers, architects, and content creators, leading the negotiation, coordination, and measurement of collaboration results.

• You will drive the social media sales strategy (Social Selling), training and guiding the sales network to optimize its digital presence and generate business opportunities.

• You will identify digital trends, algorithm changes, and new formats to evaluate the opening of international channels in strategic markets.
