Commercial Operations and Showroom Coordinator

• Experience in commercial support positions, sales administrative management, B2B customer service, or space/showroom coordination.

• Proficiency in English (minimum accredited B2 level or equivalent) for fluid service to international clients and interlocutors.

• Key competencies: Proactivity, dynamism, high problem-solving capacity, interpersonal communication skills, and excellence in client relations.

• You bring previous experience in the corporate furniture sector, contract, interior design, architecture, or space equipment.

Accompanying business development in the Balearic Islands, we are incorporating into our Palma de Mallorca Showroom a Commercial Operations and Showroom Coordinator who will provide integral support to the Commercial Manager of the area, combining daily operational management with service to distributors, clients, and specifiers.

• You will provide support in the preparation of commercial proposals.

• You will manage commercial service for clients, distributors, and specifiers (architects, designers, and interior designers) who visit the Palma Showroom.

• You will coordinate the organization of visits, corporate events, and product presentations in the Showroom to energize local business development.

• You will resolve day-to-day operational issues, coordinating with transport agencies to track shipments.

• You will manage assembly logistics by coordinating schedules and work directly with installation personnel and assemblers on the island.

• You will assume autonomous management of the Palma de Mallorca Showroom, guaranteeing the excellent condition of the facilities and service to visitors.
