Regarding the animation manager position, you will have the following conditions:

To achieve this, we need an animation manager with leadership skills who is not afraid of organizational tasks, as in this position you will be at the head of a team of entertainers and will work side by side with your area coordinator.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Implementing the daytime and nighttime activity program
• Organizing the entertainers' schedules (teams of 2-8 entertainers)
• Reporting information about animation activities to Acttiv
• Following Acttiv's quality policy
• Staying on top of the needs of the entertainers in your team
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company
• Participating in meetings with other animation managers in your area
• Supervising your team's time tracking
• Training and evaluating your team
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation
