Multipurpose Entertainer - Weekend Reinforcement

It is very likely that when someone tells you “Catalonia” you immediately think of Barcelona, but this community is much more than its capital. Bathed by the Mediterranean, Catalonia has beaches, mountains, Modernism, and an appeal that creates passions.

A destination like this requires all-terrain people. That is why at Acttiv we are looking for a multipurpose entertainer who dares to try everything. If you are versatile, energetic, and adventurous, join our team!

As a multipurpose entertainer, you will be responsible for:
• Organizing children's games for all ages, from the little ones in the miniclub (3 to 8 years old) to those in the maxi club (9 to 12 years old) and even the teens (from 12 years old onwards)
• Running activities from the adult program: sports, games such as bingo or a quiz, or craft workshops, among others
• Dancing with the children at the minidisco
• Participating in the nightly entertainment shows
• Being able to speak to the public with a microphone in front of you
• Interacting with guests and promoting the day's activities
• Taking care of the material necessary for all activities
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation

But do not worry because you will not be alone. At all times you will have the support of the entertainment manager and the area coordinator; they will guide you in your tasks. Together with them and your colleagues, you will ensure that the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv are met.

To join our team, you do not need to be an Olympic champion or have won an Oscar. All we need is:

• Experience as an entertainer for at least one season
• A good level of Spanish and English (at least B2). French, Catalan, Dutch… and any other language is a plus
• Training: no specific degree is required, but we positively value studies in entertainment, early childhood education, sports, or dance
• Availability: We are looking for reinforcement entertainers for WEEKENDS starting from October 23, 2026.

In addition to those requirements, you will be the right person if:
• You are all-terrain
• You have lots of energy
• You like working in a team
• You are flexible and you like new challenges

As a multipurpose entertainer at Acttiv, you will enjoy the following conditions:
