What we're looking for

To be part of Acttiv, we are not going to ask you to have an Oscar or a Grammy. All we need is:

At least one season of experience as an Entertainment Manager
Languages: a good level of Spanish and English is essential. Any other language is always welcome
Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Availability: immediate and for at least one year

Nice to have

Valuable training (but not essential): studies related to tourism entertainment or tourism

As for the Entertainment Manager position, you will have:
• Accommodation: you can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own. If you decide to use it, €178 per month will be deducted from your salary to cover the costs
• Meals included in the staff canteen
• 2 days off per week
• Acttiv contract: Permanent seasonal contract
• Occupational accident insurance and civil liability insurance (during working hours)
• Social Security
• 30 calendar days of vacation per year worked

The role

Are you an all-round leader? Do you know every trick of the tourism entertainment trade? If you like combining creativity and good vibes with organizational tasks, we are looking for you.

At Acttiv we want to bring on an Entertainment Manager for the H10 chain. As manager, you will be in charge of the entertainers and handle the main organizational tasks, working side by side with your area coordinator to meet the quality standards of the hotel and of Acttiv.

Of course, it wasn't all going to be paperwork: you will also be present at the different activities and shows and will interact with guests from all over the world.

What you'll do

Launching the daytime and evening activity program
Organizing the entertainers' schedules (teams of up to 6 entertainers)
Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv
Keeping on top of the needs of the entertainers on your team
Attending and receiving training provided by the company
Taking part in meetings with other Entertainment Managers in your area
Training and evaluating your team
Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation
