L2 Operations Technician – Databases

At AD4 Octógono, we are looking to hire an L2 Operations Technician to work in critical production environments, participating in the management, analysis, and resolution of incidents and in the evolution of technological platforms.

We are looking for a technical profile with knowledge of Oracle and DBTools tools, experience in L2 operations in distributed environments, and the ability to analyze incidents in high-criticality environments.

The position requires customer orientation, technical communication skills, and availability to work in a 24x7 operating environment.

• Management of incidents, requests, and changes.
• Management of configuration and availability.
• Management of capacity, continuity, and security.
• Analysis and resolution of incidents in critical production environments.
• Participation in evolution projects.
• Collaboration in strategy and architecture design initiatives.
• Technological monitoring and tracking of market evolution.
• Coordination and communication with the different teams involved in the operation.
