What we're looking for

As a member of our technical support team, you will carry out the reception and registration of service requests, as well as their classification for subsequent resolution, via telephone and/or email.

You will participate in the management and escalation of requests and incidents related to the workstation in a first level of clients in Systems, Communications, cybersecurity, Datacenters, microcomputing, etc.
