The role

We are looking to hire a Commercial Administrator for an office located in Cáceres, a person with a customer orientation, a commercial vocation, and the desire to develop a long-term career within the banking sector.

What you'll do

Main duties

In-person customer service in the office and management of cash operations.

- Support for the commercial team and the office management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Management and monitoring of banking operations, guaranteeing quality and compliance with internal procedures.

- Making calls to customers to schedule appointments and for commercial follow-up.

- Resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.

- Collaboration in achieving the office's commercial objectives.

- Application of the administrative procedures and operational criteria established by the institution.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.

- Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 16:45 h.

- Friday: from 08:00 to 15:00 h.

- Intensive summer schedule (from May 1st to September 30th): Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00H
