About the role

If you have a passion for human resources, enjoy dealing with people, and are looking for professional development, this is your project!

We need to bring on an Administrative professional to provide services for the Port of Algeciras, managing a workforce of approximately 500 people, in an organized environment with defined processes.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for managing incidents in temporary employment services, especially during critical shifts, ensuring that the client's operational needs are covered.
  • You will provide support in coordinating the hiring process, managing communications with workers, and ensuring the correct assignment of shifts.
  • You will handle basic administrative tasks: sending emails for worker registrations, using internal tools for hiring, managing accident reports, and issuing company certificates.

You will maintain direct contact with both the client and the workers, ensuring effective and smooth communication.

What you'll get

- Schedule: You will work Monday to Sunday on an on-call basis, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, working 14/15 days per month with established shifts (3-4 days per week).

- You will enjoy a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional in-office attendance to coordinate with the team and strengthen relationships with colleagues.

- You will have 28 days of vacation per year, plus 5 additional afternoons off during the summer to help you disconnect.

- It's not just about the salary: we offer ongoing training, scholarships for master's degrees or language courses, access to special rates at gyms, cinemas, and restaurants, free physiotherapy sessions, a day off for your birthday, and an attractive flexible compensation plan.
