The role

From Adecco Group, we are selecting an HR and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Administrator to join the People department of a leading company in the distribution sector located in Ribarroja.

The selected person will provide administrative support to the HR area and will collaborate in the management of the company's preventive activity, participating in the different processes linked to the employee life cycle and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.

What you'll do

Main duties

Human Resources Administration:

-Administrative management of registrations, terminations, contracts, and labor documentation in coordination with the external advisory service.

-Control and monitoring of time registration and attendance control.

-Handling employee inquiries related to vacations, leaves, and labor incidents.

-Coordination with Temporary Employment Agencies to cover specific personnel needs.

-Posting job offers and supporting recruitment and selection processes.

-Filing, updating, and maintaining labor documentation.

Occupational Risk Prevention:

-Coordination with the External Prevention Service for the correct management of preventive activity.

-Monitoring of OSH documentation for workers, suppliers, and collaborating companies.

-Organization of training in health and safety matters.

-Coordination of medical check-ups and health surveillance actions.

-Collaboration in the investigation of occupational accidents and incidents.

-Participation in audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

-Maintenance and updating of preventive documentation in accordance with current regulations.

-Support in the coordination of business activities (CAE).

-Participation in workplace visits together with the External Prevention Service.
