The role

Do you have experience in claims management and fraud detection? Would you like to join a leading insurance company where you can contribute to the prevention and analysis of complex cases?

Fundación Adecco is looking for a Fraud Analyst - Claims to join an important company in the insurance sector. The selected candidate will provide expert insight into the identification, analysis, and management of claims with potential fraud, collaborating with different business areas to optimize results and ensure compliance with quality and internal control standards.

What you'll do

Functions:

Detect, analyze, and manage claims with potential fraud.
Provide expert insight to support decision-making across the different business units.
Participate in projects aimed at improving fraud detection processes and optimizing results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and intermediaries.
Ensure compliance with the regulatory and internal control requirements established by the company.

What are we looking for?

Experience in claims management in the Liability and Motor lines of business, especially in serious or litigated cases.
Knowledge of fraud detection, investigation, and analysis.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
Experience in incident management and coordination with different stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team and effective communication.
