From our company, we are selecting for an important company located in Madrid a FINANCIAL SERVICES SALES TELEOPERATOR

The main function of this job position is making outbound calls for the sale of FINANCIAL SERVICES to CLIENTS OF THE BANKING ENTITY ITSELF.

How you'll work

Working day of 30h per week on the afternoon shift. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 14:30 to 21:00 and Friday from 14:00 to 18:00
REDUCED working day of 22H per week on the afternoon shift. Schedule: from 16:00 to 21:00 Monday to Thursday and from 16:00 to 18:00 on Fridays
REDUCED working day of 22H per week in the MORNING shift. Schedule: from 10:00 to 14:30 Monday to Thursday and from 12:00 to 14:00 on Fridays

- Possibilities to alternate with teleworking at the company's discretion starting from the 3rd month.

Requirements

- SALES EXPERIENCE IS VALUABLE.

- Good proficiency in computer programs and systems.

- Specialization in outbound calling

- Experience in the financial sector is valuable

- Telephone excellence: politeness and good manners.

- Sales skills and negotiation power

- Proactive person, full of energy and enthusiasm for their work.

- Tolerance to frustration.

- Commitment and stability.
