About the role

From Grupo Adecco, we are looking for a Tax Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a consultancy, management firm, or professional practice, to join a consultancy located in Madrid.

What you'll do

They will be responsible for the bookkeeping of companies and self-employed individuals, periodic accounting closings, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, preparation of annual accounts, and support with quarterly and annual closings. They will also be responsible for the preparation and filing of periodic taxes, including, among others, VAT models, withholdings, installment payments, informative returns, and support with Corporate Income Tax.

Main duties

  • Complete accounting management of a client portfolio.
  • Recording and reviewing issued and received invoices, banks, depreciations, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
  • Bank reconciliations and review of accounting balances.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Preparation and filing of taxes.
  • Preparation of annual accounts and official books.
  • Ongoing customer service and advisory support in accounting and tax matters.
  • Support in responding to requirements from the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency).
  • Coordination with the rest of the consultancy's tax, labor, and commercial team.

What we're looking for
