The role

Logistics Operations Coordinator in the Delivery & Retail Sector (Madrid)

What you'll do

- Train and support partner stores to ensure optimal service.

- Supervise order fulfillment according to quality and safety standards.

- Report key information to upper management and other departments.

- Collaborate with internal areas to resolve incidents and improve processes.

- Manage the on-route performance of delivery companies (DSPs and Hub Partners).

- Analyze data to solve logistical challenges and optimize the supply chain.

- Promote a safe working environment and detect opportunities for improvement.
