What we're looking for

REQUIREMENTS:

Communicate adequately in Chinese, Spanish, and working-level English, for better service and cross-border contact with the customers of our operations.

Minimum of one year of experience as customer service or in a similar position.

Marked problem-solving capacity and ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.

Attention to detail with a special focus on detailed input data and records.

Positive attitude, empathy, and a strong commitment to generating an exceptional customer service experience.

Nice to have

Demonstrable experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in logistics or supply chain management and handling.

How you'll work

CONTRACT:

6-month contract with the possibility of renewal.

Schedule Mon to Thu from 9:00 to 18:00 and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00

Workplace location: San Fernando de Henares (It is important to have a car to get to the)

Requirements

Warehouse operative on a part-time morning schedule.

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position.

Have your own vehicle to be able to arrive by 6:00 h

Positive attitude, empathy, and a strong commitment.
