We are looking to add a Customer Service professional to the Customer Service team at a solid, growing company in the transport and logistics sector located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations with clients, ensuring high-quality service, smooth communication, and effective resolution of issues related to transport and logistics services.

What you'll do

Manage client requests, inquiries, and issues via email, phone, and other communication platforms.

Tracking national and international shipments, providing updated information on the status of dispatches.

Manage and follow up on issues during transport.

Coordinate with the Operations, Traffic, Warehouse, and Transport departments to ensure compliance with commitments made to clients.

Handling complaints and incidents, identifying quick and effective solutions.

Keep information up to date in internal management systems and CRM.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
