The role

We are looking for a Café Shop Sales Assistant!

If you are a customer-oriented person with a positive attitude and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, this could be your opportunity.

Functions:

What you'll do

- Customer service, guaranteeing quality throughout the entire process.

- Preparation of all types of coffee, drinks, and services (breakfast, snacks, take away, etc.).

- Customer loyalty and sales driving through sales techniques (up-selling and cross-selling).

- Payment processing and cash/POS handling.

- Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the store.

What are we looking for?

- Passion for coffee and its preparation.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.

- Experience as a bar waiter/waitress and/or in sales or the retail sector will be favorably valued.

- Availability and flexible schedule to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
