The role

We are looking for Store Collaborators to handle customer service, checkout, stocking, and store maintenance tasks at a major international chain in the drugstore and cosmetics sector.

What you'll do

Cash handling and customer service at the checkout.
Product advice and sales.
Receiving and placing merchandise.
Stocking, labeling, and organizing products.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store and warehouse.
Conducting inventories and basic stock control.

How you'll work

Rotating shifts, mornings and afternoons.

Things to keep in mind

Position that combines customer service, checkout, and stocking.
Work performed standing for most of the shift.
Frequent movement between the sales floor and the warehouse.
Dynamic environment with continuous customer interaction.

What are we looking for?

Hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the retail sector.
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Customer focus and good communication skills.
Responsible, independent, and proactive person.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of English, German, or other languages is a plus.
