At bonÀrea we are looking to bring on a Shift Manager for our future Pet Foods plant in Épila, a strategic facility specialized in the production of pet food. You will have the opportunity to take part in the start-up of the operation, learn the production process from the ground up, and progressively move into team coordination and management roles.
During the initial phase of the project, you will work directly in the plant's production operations, gaining an overall view of the process and becoming a key figure for the growth and consolidation of the activity.
Functions:
- You will participate in the production processes of the new pet food plant, collaborating in its commissioning and development.
- You will monitor and control production activity, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of new working methodologies.
- You will progressively evolve towards the coordination and supervision of production teams.
- You will organize the daily operations of the shift, managing incidents and ensuring the fulfillment of production objectives.
- Previous experience in industrial or production environments.
- Experience in the food, animal feed, meat industry, or similar activities is valued.
- Interest in developing towards coordination and team management positions.
- Ability to work, commitment, and results orientation.
- Proactive, decisive person with the ability to adapt to growing environments.
- Availability to work initially on a central schedule and, subsequently, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Driver's license and own vehicle to commute to the workplace located in Épila.
