The role
As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your duties will be:
- Guarantee the smooth running of the store in the absence of the manager.
- Perform the opening and/or closing of the store (according to your shift).
- Coordinate and supervise the team in their daily tasks, making changes to cover positions if necessary.
- Place orders for supplies and merchandise and handle their reception.
- Ensure the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, marking, promotional atmosphere, etc.
- Attend to and provide information regarding customer demands and preferences.
