The role
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor (M/F) for a food sector company in Santomera to be in charge of supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the correct functioning of production and product quality.
What you'll do
- Supervision of a team of between 8 and 12 people.
- Management of incidents and problem-solving during the shift.
- Control of productivity and process quality.
- Preparation of daily performance reports.
- Training and instruction of new operators.
- Collaboration with other departments to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
How you'll work
Schedule: Rotating shift, including weekends.
