The role

At Adecco Selección, we are looking for a geriatric care assistant or nursing assistant, for an important company in the healthcare sector located in Hoyos del Espino, Ávila, specialized in caring for elderly and dependent people, with direct hiring and stability.

What you'll do

Functions:

- Cleaning, hygiene, mobilization, and support in basic activities.

- Administration and distribution of food; support during intake.

- Collaboration with nursing: vital signs, medication, tubes, colostomies, and basic care.

- Postural changes and accompaniment to appointments/activities.

- Observation and recording of incidents.

- Support in leisure, preventive, and functional maintenance activities.

- Basic cleaning of medical material and tidying of rooms when necessary.

- Social stimulation, communication, and close personal care.

- Confidentiality and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

- Nursing assistant technician or professional certificate in socio-sanitary care is valued.

- Availability for rotating shifts.

- Previous experience in residential care homes.

- Immediate incorporation.
