Requirements

What we're looking for

Training as a Nursing Assistant Technician (TCAE), Technician in Care for People in a Situation of Dependency, or equivalent qualification/certificate.
We value previous experience in residential homes, socio-sanitary centers, or care for dependent people.
Vocation for the care of elderly people.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

What you'll get

Full-time position (100%).
Temporary contract for 4 months.
Rotating shifts:
Morning: 07:30 to 14:30 h
Afternoon: 14:30 to 21:30 h
Night: 21:30 to 07:30 h
Salary: €16,500 gross per year.
Immediate start.
Center located in Estepona (Málaga).

The role

From Grupo Crit, as an external Human Resources consultancy, we are selecting Nursing Assistants / Caregivers to join an important residential center located in Estepona (Málaga).

This is an urgent recruitment, with the possibility of becoming part of a professional environment dedicated to the care and attention of elderly people.

What you'll do

Care and attention of the residents.
Personal hygiene and grooming.
Assistance with basic activities of daily living.
Mobility and postural changes.
Accompanying and attending to the needs of the residents.
Collaboration with the healthcare and caregiving team.
Maintenance of the well-being and comfort of the users
