The role

Are you passionate about the food industry and would you like to join a dynamic, professional team? This is your opportunity! A well-known food company located in Catadau, Valencia, is looking for three committed people who want to grow professionally to join their team as production oven operators. The main responsibilities of the position include:

Operating the ovens and controlling temperatures following established protocols.

Supervising the proper operation of assigned equipment and reporting any incidents.

Completing consumption and traceability records to ensure product quality.

Performing quality checks to verify that standards are met at all times.

Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, following safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position within the food industry or in an industrial production environment.

Schedule flexibility to adapt to a rotating shift.

Basic knowledge of oven operation and industrial cleaning systems.

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different areas.
