Requirements

What we're looking for

. Previous Experience Experience in the sector: between 1 and 2 years of previous experience in food production plants.

Technical/kitchen profile: Specific experience in the handling of continuous/batch fryers is requested, or failing that, experience in high-volume industrial kitchens.

. Technical Competencies and Skills Handling and adjustment of machinery: Ability to control feed speed, oil temperature, and continuous filtering. Quality control and visual inspection: Product sampling to evaluate color, texture, oil level, and defect detection. Parameter recording: Habit of taking and noting data periodically on line self-control sheets. Physical stamina and thermal tolerance: Ability to work standing up in hot environments and handle loads when necessary.

Availability and Mobility (Logistics)Rotating shifts: Availability to work in morning, afternoon, or night shifts

The role

Do you have experience as a fryer in an industrial environment? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

Handling of industrial machinery: Experience in the startup, calibration, and shutdown of continuous, batch vacuum, or immersion fryers.

Control of key parameters: Ability to monitor and adjust in real time the oil temperature, residence times, belt speed, and oil replenishment rate.

Oil management and maintenance: Knowledge in continuous/discontinuous filtering, measurement of polar compounds, degradation control, and smoke point management to ensure performance and product quality.

Handling of raw materials: Handling of breading, battering, marinating, or blanching processes prior to frying.
