Data Center Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Would you like to be part of a critical, highly technological, and constantly evolving environment? We are looking for a junior profile to join the Data Center Operations team, where you will play a key role in the management, supervision, and maintenance of essential infrastructures.

Operations

• System monitoring and alarm management following protocols.
• Periodic site verification rounds (interior, exterior, and rooftop).
• Supervision of the proper functioning of critical infrastructures.

Maintenance

• Calculation of electrical loads and cooling needs for new equipment.
• Validation of the capacity of existing infrastructures.
• Support in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Supervision

• Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow-up of work and quality control.
• Technical communication in Spanish and English.

Technical administration

• Preparation of SOPs, maintenance plans, and technical reports.
• Planning of interventions (resources, dates, and risks).

• Annual gross salary: €40,000

-Initial 6-month contract through Adecco, with HIGH PROBABILITY of joining the permanent staff.

• Initial schedule under the Adecco contract: from 08:00 to 16:30 (with a break); once you become permanent, you will have rotating morning/afternoon/night shifts, which may include holidays (they also alternate with weeks of central hours).

• Studies in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or industrial engineering. (completed)
• Experience in operations, maintenance, or critical infrastructure environments.

-Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, or industrial installations.

-Ability to work in demanding environments and resolve incidents.

-English level that allows technical communication.

Operaciones

• Monitorización de sistemas y gestión de alarmas siguiendo protocolos.
• Rondas periódicas de verificación del site (interior, exterior y cubierta).
• Supervisión del correcto funcionamiento de las infraestructuras críticas.

Mantenimiento

• Cálculo de cargas eléctricas y necesidades de climatización para nuevos equipos.
• Validación de la capacidad de las infraestructuras existentes.
• Apoyo en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

Supervisión

• Coordinación de proveedores/as y empresas subcontratadas.
• Seguimiento de trabajos y control de calidad.
• Interlocución técnico/a en español e inglés.

Administración técnica

• Elaboración de SOPs, planes de mantenimiento e informes técnicos/as.
• Planificación de intervenciones (recursos, fechas y riesgos).

• Salario bruto anual: 40.000€

-Contrato inicial de 6 meses a través de Adecco, con ALTA PROBABILIDAD de incorporación a plantilla

• Horario inicial por el contrato de Adecco: de 08:00 a 16:30 (con descanso), cuando te hacen fijo, tienes turnos rotativos M/T/N y pueden incluir festivos (también alternan con semanas de horario central)

• Estudios en ingeniería eléctrica, mecánico/a, electrónico/a o industrial. (finalizados)
• Experiencia en entornos de operación, mantenimiento o infraestructuras críticas

-Conocimientos en sistemas eléctricos, climatización o instalaciones industriales

-Capacidad de trabajo en entornos exigentes y resolución de incidencias

-Nivel de inglés que permita comunicación técnico/a
