We are looking for a Line Leader for the TPE area, responsible for ensuring the correct operation of a thermoplastic extrusion line, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and operational coordination.

As Line Leader, you will be the person responsible for:

- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving process incidents autonomously.

- Providing experience in automotive environments, complying with industry standards.

- Understanding and applying the TPE extrusion process.

- Proposing and implementing technical and process improvements oriented towards quality, productivity, and efficiency.

- Interpreting blueprints, technical data sheets, and process sheets for correct manufacturing.

- Controlling product characteristics: dimensions, surface finish, Shore hardness.

- Supporting basic equipment maintenance.

- Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to drive continuous improvement.
