The role
From AgioGlobal, a leading firm in Human Resources management and talent selection, we are looking for a Production Line Manager to join a prominent company in the fruit and vegetable sector located in the Axarquía area
What you'll do
Team management: Lead, organize, and motivate the team of operators on the production line.
Quality control: Supervise compliance with product quality standards and food safety and hygiene regulations.
Process optimization: Monitor line performance to detect improvements, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.
Coordination and reporting: Manage operational incidents and coordinate workflow directly with Plant Management / Production Managers.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience: Minimum 2 years leading teams in industrial environments, preferably in the agri-food or fruit and vegetable sector.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with calibration, handling, packaging, and preparation processes for fruit/vegetables.
Competencies: Leadership ability, communication skills, high organizational capacity, and agility in problem-solving.
Mobility: Own vehicle to access the workplace in Axarquía.
