Team Leader

• Stable incorporation with an indefinite contract in a consolidated industrial group with 10 production plants.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You are an engineer (preferably electrical, electronic, or automation) or you have a Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electromechanics, Maintenance, or Automation.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry in a similar position, managing the line comprehensively.
• You possess electrical and automation knowledge (PLCs, drives, automatic lines).
• You have experience managing people and teams, with operational and hands-on leadership: you like being on the line with your team, not in an office.
• You have availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and your own vehicle.
• You reside in L'Horta Nord or surrounding areas (valuable).

• Lead and coordinate your team (2-3 people) during the shift, working on the shop floor and fostering a good working environment and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and control the operation of the assigned automatic lines, adjusting them according to the manufacturing orders.
• Authorize the use of the line from the perspective of food safety and personal safety.
• Resolve operational breakdowns by applying your electrical and automation knowledge, and collaborate in autonomous maintenance.
• Manage available resources while guaranteeing quality, productivity, and food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with internal procedures.
