Profile we are looking for

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in similar responsibility positions within the supermarket sector.

Conditions

Salary between €22,000 and €25,000 gross per year.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Week 1 schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Week 2 schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with commercial, operational, and quality objectives.

Main duties

- Supervise the daily operations of the store and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales and service objectives.

- Organize schedules, rosters, and task planning.

- Analyze performance indicators and propose improvement actions.

- Manage inventories, orders, and stock control.

- Guarantee correct replenishment and product availability.

- Supervise openings, closings, and incident management.

- Ensure order, cleanliness, and the good condition of the facilities.

- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Resolve customer inquiries and incidents effectively.

- Collaborate in the implementation of promotions and commercial campaigns.

Given the level of responsibility of the position and the commitment required in the daily management of the store, it is essential to live near the workplace or have a maximum commute time of 25 minutes to the establishment.
