The role

?From Adecco Selección, we are looking to hire a Deboning Mechanic for an important company in the food sector located in Huévar del Aljarafe (Seville).

The selected person will be part of the maintenance team, being responsible for the correct mechanical functioning of the deboning and filling line. We are looking for a profile with experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and, preferably, knowledge of olive deboning and filling machinery, with the capacity to intervene in breakdowns, perform adjustments, and guarantee production continuity.

What you'll do

Functions- Perform the mechanical corrective maintenance of the deboning and filling line.

Diagnose and repair breakdowns related to bearings, transmissions, reducers, and pneumatics.
Execute the preventive maintenance of the machinery following the established work orders.
Perform format changes and adjustments on the production and packaging lines.
Carry out lubrications, inspections, and scheduled component replacements.
Record the interventions performed through the GMAO system.
Comply with the safety, lockout, and hygiene procedures and standards established in the plant.
Provide occasional support in the operation of the deboning and filling machines when necessary.
