Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in deboning, bone removal, or knife cutting tasks (in slaughterhouses, deboning rooms, processing rooms, or butcher shops) is essential.

Documentation: Valid work and residence permit (essential).

Languages: Good level of Spanish (spoken and understood) to guarantee correct operational and safety communication.

Attitude: Manual dexterity, speed, physical stamina, and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.

Own vehicle is essential if you commute from other towns not covered by the transport route.

We are looking for a Meat Deboning Operator with proficiency and mastery of cutting tools. You will join a modern and efficient plant, performing a key role in the meat production line within a fixed intensive shift that will allow for excellent daily work-life balance.

What you'll do

Deboning, bone removal, trimming, and filleting tasks of meat products on the production line.

Safe and efficient handling of knives and job-specific cutting tools.

Visual quality control of the processed meat pieces.

Classification and conditioning of the product for the subsequent packaging or shipping phases.

Maintenance of hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention standards at the workstation.
