Production Operator in Puerto Real

At Adecco Industrial, we are selecting Production Operators to join a major company in the industrial sector.

We are looking for professionals with the ability to work in a team, an orientation toward quality, and a commitment to safety, who wish to develop themselves in a dynamic and demanding productive environment.

Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Operate industrial machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

Manage production orders and associated production schedules.

Perform quality controls during the production process and verify product conformity.

Use measuring tools for production monitoring and control.

Complete records and documentation related to the production process.

Guarantee the fulfillment of daily production objectives.

Maintain the order and cleanliness of the workstation and production equipment.

Collaborate with the rest of the team and ensure correct communication between shifts.

Perform proper waste segregation and comply with environmental procedures.

Comply with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations, communicating any detected incident, accident, or risk situation.

ESO, Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent training.

Previous experience in industrial or production environments.

High level of Spanish and B1 level of English.

Knowledge in the handling of industrial machinery and equipment.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical instructions.

Experience in the use of measuring tools and quality control.

Handling of IT tools at a user level (Office and management software).
