The role

A company committed to excellence in construction projects is looking to add masonry personnel to its team for an exciting renovation project in Formentera, located in Els Pujols. The position is aimed at individuals with experience in masonry work who are motivated to be part of a dynamic and committed team.

What you'll do

Perform masonry work as part of the renovation of a hotel in Formentera.
Carry out construction-related tasks, such as building walls, installing finishes, setting up structures, and completing final details.
Ensure compliance with the quality standards established by the organization.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of assigned tasks.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure project goals are met on time and in proper form.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, following occupational health and safety regulations.

Belonging to one of the groups supported by the Adecco Foundation: holding a certificate of social exclusion issued by social services, holding a certificate of disability of at least 33%, being a certified victim of gender-based violence, being over 55 years old, being over 45 years old (with at least one year of unemployment), or being a single-parent or large family.
Reside in the Alicante area or nearby.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry work, demonstrable through similar projects.
Availability to work in Formentera for the duration of the project: October 26 – May/June 27.
Commitment and motivation to be part of a work team.
Ability to perform the physical tasks inherent to the position.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with breaks for lunch and meals.
Flexibility to work some Saturdays, with corresponding additional compensation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
