Your mission will be to collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to keep the space clean, organized, and in perfect condition, thus ensuring everything runs efficiently. You will work in a dynamic environment where every day is different and full of learning opportunities.

The main duties of the position include:

Cleaning and sanitizing utensils such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, and pots, using both the dishwasher and manual methods when necessary.

Supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of cleaning and kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and other appliances.

Keeping the work area in perfect condition of cleanliness and order, including the kitchen, dining room, and common areas.

Sorting and organizing utensils according to their use and level of cleanliness, ensuring they are always available for the kitchen team.

Strictly complying with food safety and hygiene regulations, contributing to a safe and healthy environment.

Collaborating closely with the kitchen team and following the instructions of the head chef.

Removing and managing waste responsibly, separating recyclable and non-recyclable materials.

Performing periodic deep cleaning tasks in specific areas of the kitchen and dining room.

Assisting with the reception and storage of materials and products, ensuring they are placed in their assigned locations properly.

Supervisar y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de limpieza y cocina, como lavavajillas y otros electrodomésticos.

Mantener el área de trabajo en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden, incluyendo la cocina, el comedor y los espacios comunes.

Clasificar y organizar los utensilios según su uso y nivel de limpieza, asegurándote de que estén siempre disponibles para el equipo de cocina.

Cumplir estrictamente con las normativas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria, contribuyendo a un ambiente seguro y saludable.

Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de cocina y seguir las indicaciones de el/la jefe/a de cocina.

Retirar y gestionar los residuos de manera responsable, separando los materiales reciclables y no reciclables.

Realizar tareas de limpieza profunda periódica en áreas específicas de la cocina y el comedor.

Apoyar en la recepción y almacenamiento de materiales y productos, asegurándote de que se coloquen en los lugares asignados de manera adecuada.
