Important logistics company located in Noblejas needs to hire a Reach Truck and Pallet Jack Operator. Established company in the logistics sector.

- Management of bookings and purchasing processes.

- Personalized information and advice.

- Support in administrative tasks specific to the position.

- Use of office tools and information recording.

- Coordination with the rest of the team to guarantee an excellent user experience.

- Management of appointments, payments, and agenda coordination.

- Reception and accompaniment of clients with a friendly and professional attitude

- University education (highly recommended).

- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service.

- Ability to connect with customers and generate meaningful shopping experiences.

- Sales skills and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Office suite and office tools.

- High level of English (a level test will be conducted).

- Ability to work in a team.

- Immediate availability.

- Knowledge of other languages is valued.

Remuneration: €10.80/hour

- Initially temporary full-time contract with the possibility of direct hiring by the company.

Working day: 40h per week Rotating shifts

- Atención presencial y telefónica a clientes.

- Gestión de reservas y procesos de compra.

- Información y asesoramiento personalizado.

- Apoyo en tareas administrativas propias del puesto.

- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y registro de información.

- Coordinación con el resto del equipo para garantizar una experiencia excelente al usuario.

-Gestión de citas, cobros y coordinación de agenda.

-Recepción y acompañamiento de clientes con actitud amable y profesional

- Formación universitaria (muy recomendable).

- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente presencial.

- Capacidad para conectar con los clientes y generar experiencias de compra significativas.

- Dotes comerciales y habilidades comunicativas.

- Manejo de paquete Office y herramientas de ofimática.

- Nivel alto de inglés (se realizará prueba de nivel).

- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

- Disponibilidad inmediata.

- Valorable conocimiento de otros idiomas.

Retribución: 10,80€/hora

- Contrato inicialmente temporal a jornada completa con posibilidad de contratación por empresa.
