Receptionist with English

Administrative experience.

Profile oriented towards internal and external customers.

Fluent Spanish and English.

Through Adecco Outsourcing, you will work at the reception of a major company in the agri-food sector located in Madrid. The schedule will be as follows: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

Your main tasks will be:

Reception and in-person assistance for employees, visitors, and suppliers.

Access control.

Management and issuance of temporary access badges.

Telephone assistance, call filtering, and transferring.

Management of courier and parcel services.

Receiving and distributing mail.

Management of postal shipments and burofax.

Processing of Invitation Letters.

Management of remittances and checks.

Document filing and custody.

Management of confidential document destruction.

Control and inventory of office supplies and consumables.

Coordination of taxis and other transport services.

Coordination of catering for meetings and events.

Support for corporate events.

Management of flower and corporate gift deliveries.
