Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting an Asian Cuisine Chef to join our team and participate in a stable and long-term developing project.
What you'll do
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect raw materials, ensuring that temperature, quality, and quantity comply with relevant standards and requirements.
- Prepare ingredients and prepare Asian dishes according to recipes and technical standards.
- According to the work schedule, cooperate with and guide kitchen assistants to complete relevant auxiliary tasks.
- Perform temperature checks and recordings during the food preparation and production process.
