From Adecco, we are looking to hire a Production and Continuous Improvement Manager for a solid industrial company located in La Rioja.
JOB MISSION
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity standards, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
This is a role with a mixed focus, combining operational management on the plant floor with the analysis and development of industrial improvements.
What you'll do
- Supervise and optimize production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Analyze and monitor key production KPIs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements (Lean Manufacturing).
- Coordinate with the engineering, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
- Participate in production planning and resource management.
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Promote process standardization and industrial best practices.
