JOB MISSION
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity standards, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
This is a role with a mixed focus, combining operational management on the plant floor with the analysis and development of industrial improvements.

- Identify and implement continuous improvements (Lean Manufacturing).
- Coordinate with the engineering, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
