From Adecco Selección we are looking for Store Managers and Butchery Managers for a supermarket in the province of Barcelona.

We are looking for organized, resourceful people with strong communication skills, with experience in staff management and team motivation within the supermarket and food retail environment.

Main duties:

Manage and coordinate the supermarket or butchery section's work team.

Organize schedules, shifts and staff planning.

Supervise the proper operation of the store or the fresh produce section.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolution of incidents.

Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards (in the case of butchery).

Propose improvement actions and optimize processes to increase efficiency and results at the point of sale.

Profile requirements

Previous experience in similar positions within the supermarket or food retail sector: store management or fresh produce sections (butchery, delicatessen, etc.).

Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Residence in the Barcelona area or surrounding areas.

Leadership, communication and incident resolution skills.

Customer and results orientation, dynamism and organizational skills.

Des dAdecco Selecció cerquem Responsables de Botiga i Responsables de Carnisseria per a un supermercat a la província de Barcelona.

Busquem persones organitzades, resolutives i amb bones habilitats comunicatives, amb experiència en la gestió de personal i la dinamització dequips dins lentorn de supermercat i retail alimentari.

Funcions principals:

Gestionar i coordinar lequip de treball del supermercat o de la secció de carnisseria.

Organitzar horaris, torns i planificació del personal.

Supervisar el correcte funcionament de la botiga o de la secció de producte fresc.

Garantir una atenció al client excel·lent i la resolució dincidències.

Vetllar pel compliment dels estàndards de qualitat, higiene i seguretat alimentària (en el cas de carnisseria).

Proposar accions de millora i optimitzar processos per incrementar leficiència i els resultats del punt de venda.

Requisitos

Requisits del perfil

Experiència prèvia en posicions similars dins lmbit de supermercat o retail alimentari: gestió de botiga o seccions de productes frescos (carnisseria, xarcuteria, etc.).

Disponibilitat horària per treballar caps de setmana i algun festiu.

Residència a la zona de Barcelona o rodalies.

Capacitat de lideratge, comunicació i resolució dincidències.

Orientació al client i als resultats, dinamisme i capacitat dorganització.
