Supermarket Manager in Barcelona

As MANAGER, you will be responsible for:
●Directing your store, guaranteeing the Company's commercial strategy to achieve the set sales, profitability, and service objectives, leading a motivated and dynamic human team.
To do this:
●You will ensure and monitor compliance with the commercial policy (implementations, actions, events, theatricalization of the same, and assortment presence).
●You will analyze and monitor the store's compliance with forecasts regarding established criteria, proposing the necessary action plans to correct deviations.
●You will handle the response to customer suggestions and complaints, performing continuous follow-up on them, using the tools and indicators established for this purpose.
●You will be the Motivator of your team, guaranteeing a good atmosphere within the store, fostering individual opinion and initiative within the team, and ensuring regular and effective communication within the sections.
