Are you passionate about the retail sector and team management?Leading international retail chain, we are looking to hire a Shift Leader Plus for our Jaén store, a key position to support the daily management of the establishment, lead teams, and contribute to the growth of the business.

What you'll do

What will your duties be? - Supporting the daily operational management of the store.

- Coordinate and supervise the team during the different work shifts.

- Guarantee excellent customer service.

- Ensure the correct functioning of store processes.

- Monitor commercial objectives and contribute to their achievement.

- Participate in product implementation, replenishment, and maintenance of the commercial image.

- Manage incidents and support the organization of the establishment's resources.

- Collaborate actively with store management in optimizing results and motivating the team.

How you'll work

Store business hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Requirements

- Previous experience in team management and coordination.

- Experience in the textile retail sector.

- Profile oriented towards results and daily store operations.

- Leadership, organization, and incident resolution skills.

- High customer orientation and communication skills.
