We are looking for a dynamic person, with a customer orientation, leadership capacity, and motivation to be part of a project from its beginnings, contributing to the smooth running of the store and the development of the team.

What you'll do

Coordinate, supervise, and motivate the store team, fostering a good working environment.
Guarantee excellent customer service and personalized advice.
Supervise sales and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Organize daily tasks and ensure the correct functioning of the store.
Control the reception, replenishment, and organization of merchandise.
Supervise product presentation, order, and the image of the establishment.
Manage cash register operations and supervise opening and closing procedures.
Perform stock monitoring and collaborate in inventory management.
Train and support the team to drive their development and performance.
