What you'll do

- As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to making our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And this is how you should put it into practice: Providing customers with an incredible experience, responding to their queries regarding sizes or styles, purchases, or returns.

- Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, as well as keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organized.

- Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the checkouts, managing customer queries, cancellations, and returns.

- Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Take products to the sales floor and ensure they have the correct price, always guaranteeing that we meet our high standards.

Requirements

How would we like you to be? We love to surprise our customers with incredible experiences in our stores, and that starts with you! This is what we need from you: Passion for interacting with others and for creating incredible experiences. Honesty, good communication, and the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved when necessary.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Teamwork, a high degree of motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Interest in fashion and the latest trends.

Ideally, professional experience in a very dynamic retail environment. We value the languages you know, including sign language. Do not forget to mention it in the interview, as it will help us offer the customer great service.
