About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in building and facility project management to provide technical support for the assets of UN Sistemas (COEX Smart Services and Sistemas).

What you'll do

Main functions: "Verify technical consistency between: Projects / modifications System needs (end user)">Develop an integrated view of status: actual progress vs functional, Risks of commissioning Identify bottlenecks (interfaces) or risks of acceptance Ensure that functional milestones are met (not just construction) Operational spaces, Tested installations or Dependencies resolved">Support and control the launch and execution of pending construction, installation, and furniture units, based on the needs of the end users. Validate that the resulting asset is integrable into operation. Define technical acceptance checklist for the asset Verify, to avoid assets completed in construction but not operational: Final documentation (manuals) Legalizations (if applicable) ">Coordinate handover to Facilities Manager or Maintenance Team, Centralize final drawings Project changes Supplier information Ensure technical traceability of the asset Generate reports on: Global status of assets in execution.
