What we're looking for

The requirements that the Production and Assembly Technician must meet are the following:

Technical training related to mechanical manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or similar areas.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in industrial workshops, maintenance, technical warehouses, or similar production environments.
Experience working with industrial tools, workshop machinery, and lifting equipment.
Experience performing TIG, MIG, or similar welding work.
Organized, methodical and detail-oriented profile.
Sufficient level of English to operate in an international professional environment.

Nice to have

Forklift license is valued.
Advanced experience in welding and machining is valued.

We are looking for a Production and Assembly Technician to join a high-impact international project in Barcelona, participating in the commissioning and operation of new manufacturing and assembly facilities for space technology. What you'll do

The functions that the Production and Assembly Technician will perform are the following:

Perform basic machining operations, including cutting, drilling, deburring, and preparation of mechanical parts following blueprints and established procedures.
Participate in mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and equipment related to propulsion systems, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
Provide support in activities related to welding, including material preparation, equipment handling, and coordination with certified welders.
Execute basic welding work (TIG, MIG, or similar) for workshop installations and infrastructure when necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain tools, machinery, and handling equipment.
Collaborate in the commissioning and organization of a new workshop and industrial warehouse.
Assemble and install workshop equipment such as workbenches, storage systems, tool stations, and lifting equipment.
Participate in the planning of the facility layout to optimize workflows, safety, and space utilization.
Manage the reception, inspection, and proper storage of materials and equipment.
Maintain an organized system for inventory control and traceability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain order and cleanliness of the facilities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and equipment tracking.
