The role

What you'll do

Reception of vehicles damaged after having suffered a claim and delivery of the repaired vehicle after the repair. Delivery and collection of replacement vehicles under a rental or assignment regime to the customer.
Movement and transfer of vehicles within the facilities.
Study of the repairability of the vehicle, promoting, through its Network of Professionals, the detection of fraud to minimize the economic and service quality consequences derived from such practices.
Maintain the fleet of courtesy and replacement vehicles in a correct state of conservation and maintenance, supervising that the documentation of each vehicle complies with the requirements that allow its circulation and its correct insurance.
Perform the inspection of vehicles in order to achieve a correct cataloging of the damages presented.
Perform the necessary tasks with customers in order to guarantee optimal collection management.
Attend to the customer during the reception and delivery of both their own vehicle and the replacement vehicle, as well as explaining the contents of rental contracts and repair invoices to them in a timely manner, as well as providing advice on possible repairs that may be considered necessary, to guarantee their satisfaction with the adequate quality in the provision of service.

SHIFT SCHEDULE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER:

• Monday to Friday 8:00 h to 15:30 hours

• Monday to Friday 12:30 h to 20:00 hours

• Monday to Friday 9:30 h to 13:30 h and from 14:30 h to 18:00 hours

• Monday to Friday 11:00 h to 14:30 h and from 15:30 h to 19:30 hours

• Monday to Friday Month of August from 8:00 h to 15:00 hours
